How we fixed it
We operate as Mitchell Brands' full-stack growth team across all 4 brands. On the creative side, we produce hundreds of creatives across the portfolio with end-to-end production, including AI-led creative across both static imagery and video, plus a whitelisting ad rollout with partnered creators.
On paid media, we run Meta ads management across all 4 brands alongside a TikTok Shop and TikTok Live strategy. For conversion and funnel, we handle CRO, custom landing pages, and listicles and advertorials. Underneath it all sits the strategy and analytics work: customer cohort analysis, product profitability analysis, and multi-brand scaling across 4 lines at once.
What changed after Loud Lion
Beyond the volume of work, the engagement has expanded what Mitchell Brands can do as an ecommerce operation. We have built the team's understanding of where and how to scale media buying, recommended and integrated the Shopify apps that drove the storefronts forward, and shaped the UX and UI thinking behind the customer experience.
On the AOV side, one brand anchored on a $40 hero product moved beyond single-product orders through tested upsell structures, designed to lift order value without disrupting the conversion path. AI-led creative production scaled in parallel: high-volume static AI imagery from day one, and a growing pipeline of AI-led video as the tooling matured. The whole engagement runs on weekly strategy calls and daily Slack comms, keeping every workstream in motion across all four brands.
Loud Lion has been incredibly helpful, giving us the knowledge to scale media buying, build out our Shopify stores, and grow our AOV.
