What CRM Jewelers was up against
How we fixed it
We rebuilt CRM's paid engine around a relentlessly tested, creator-led creative pipeline. The defining play was a creator whitelisting program, partnering with a hand-picked group of trusted creators to produce a steady stream of authentic, account-ready ad content. The first whitelisted test hit 3x ROAS, with 70+ conversions. After doubling down on our whitelist ads strategy, we have started to push 7-figure months for CRM Jewelers. Alongside whitelisting, we ran high-volume creative testing across hooks, angles, formats, and messaging, feeding the best performers back into scaled budgets and rotating the rest before fatigue could set in. On the account side, we restructured campaigns, refined audiences, tightened bid strategy, and managed creative rotation continuously to support spend at materially higher levels than the account had previously sustained.
In parallel, we opened international expansion into new markets where audience signals were strong. The first new market delivered 4x ROAS on day one, with additional countries layered in behind it. To keep creative consistent at scale, we codified CRM's visual and verbal system as a working creative reference, and added new ecommerce capability and organic capture tools that converted the brand's million-strong social audience into qualified data at scale, including capturing emails from 66k comments on a single Instagram post and 40k on Facebook, feeding the wider acquisition engine.
What changed after Loud Lion
Across the first 60 days, CRM Jewelers has grown revenue by 289%, with AOV climbing from around $32 to $44.83, a roughly 40% lift. The creator whitelisting program scaled to 6.1x ROAS with 70+ conversions, international expansion delivered a 4x ROAS on day one of the first new market, and the account hit 10 daily revenue records inside a single month, including an outright record month in just the second month of work. Meta spend now runs profitably at $10K–$20K+ per day, sustained by a continuously refreshed creative engine and ongoing account optimisation.
From $5k to $20k per day spend
Honestly, I didn't think it was possible to scale to the numbers we're now reaching. Before working with Loud Lion, I was spending $150 to $500 a day on ads. They scaled that fairly quickly and pushed our whole baseline up: our ROAS holds at around 2.0 but with materially higher spend, and the daily numbers have completely transformed. It's all in the details, small tweaks that drive a big number increase. Loud Lion has become an extension of my team. I've never worked with a company so organised and in rhythm, not in this industry, not in any business, period.
