How we fixed it

We started with deep customer research to understand the psychology of the infrared sauna buyer: their health goals, lifestyle identity, and the emotional journey from curiosity to $3,000+ purchase.

Armed with these insights, we developed UGC creative specifically designed for high-ticket health products: before/after transformation stories, expert endorsements, and social proof that addressed the primary objections (cost, effectiveness, space requirements).

We paired each winning creative with custom listicles and advertorials that pre-warmed cold traffic before they ever saw a product page.

What changed after Loud Lion

The results exceeded every projection. Within 60 days, FitSauna went from $10K to $265K per month, a 2,550% increase in monthly revenue. The 19x ROAS demonstrated that our creative and media strategy was not just generating sales, but generating highly profitable sales at scale.
